What is your biggest takeaway from your job? The amount of outreach help that our agency provides to families in need. The amount of impact that thrift has within our agency. Understanding that all the stores wouldn’t be able to function efficient without the warehouse and what my drivers do day in and day out. I have an amazing team on the frontline.
What does it mean to you to be helping others? Being hands on helping coach and guiding others to reach their highest potential, especially in terms of career growth. Helping people navigate their professional journeys can be incredibly rewarding, especially when you see them succeed and achieve their goals.
What is your biggest challenge? Understanding that assignments don’t have to be achieved in a day. It’s important to recognize that assignments and tasks don’t need to be completed in a single day. Breaking them down into smaller, manageable steps can make the process feel less overwhelming. Giving yourself time to understand, plan, and execute.
What is the best piece of advice you’ve been given? The phrase “Rome wasn’t built in a day” serves as a reminder that meaningful progress takes time and persistence. Planning and executing your goals with patience is essential, but it’s also important to embrace setbacks as opportunities to learn and grow. Success often comes from the combination of strategic effort and the resilience to keep moving forward, even when things don’t go as expected. Keep going, and each step you take will bring you closer to your goal!

Where is your ideal vacation spot? Somewhere secluded in the woods, Log cabin with a lake or a river in the backyard.

What fills your time outside of work? My time outside of work is filled by my family and son mostly. We do everything outdoors Fishing, golfing, Rock hunting, morel mushroom hunting and competition shooting.
Who is your hero? Why? My mother, she taught me amazing work ethic and determination to be successful in life and a career. Learning from a young age from her has taught me so many life lessons, taught me to be fair, kind and understanding. You never know what someone else is going through in their life to always have an open mind and try to be understanding.
